UV resistant solar cable is solar cable made for outdoor open-air use. The outer sheath material is engineered to fight UV rays from direct sunlight. It stops the cable from going brittle, cracking or breaking down when exposed to sun year after year.

Mostly used on rooftop and ground-mount solar sites where cables run without shelter. Along with ozone and weather resistance, it keeps stable performance for long-term outdoor PV projects.
