Benefits of PFA sheathed cables

PFA is the abbreviated term for Perfluoroalkoxy. It can be used as a sheathing material for electrical cables.

A benefit of PFA is its melt processability - it has a lower melt viscosity than PTFE.

Industrial solvents, oils and chemicals inertness
Non-stick surfaces and low co-efficient of friction
Operating temperature range: -65～+250℃

PFA can work better under a high temperature compared to FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene).
