Products Description
Dragline power cables are heavy-duty mobile power cables for large dragline excavators in open-pit mines.
Subject to constant dragging, pulling, twisting and heavy mechanical impact during operation. Fine-stranded tinned copper conductors endure frequent flexing. Specially compounded rubber sheath delivers outstanding resistance to abrasion, tear, oil and outdoor UV. Built to survive rough mine ground contact. Used for power supply of dragline excavators and large open-pit mining machinery.

Huayu Dragline Power Cable Benefit
- Class 5 extra-flex tinned copper, tested for 3,000,000+ drag-twist cycles, minimizes core breakage under mine pulling stress
- 0.6/1kV rated, stable power feed for high-load open-pit dragline excavators with low voltage drop
- 70 dB shielding attenuation, cuts motor-borne EMI interference to protect on-site control circuits
- Insulation resistance ≥3000 MΩ·km, keeps low leakage even under damp, dusty mine field conditions
- Operating range -20℃ ~ +85℃, heavy mine-grade rubber sheath: high tear strength, anti-abrasion, oil & UV resistant for outdoor pit exposure
- Multiple sheath grades available: standard rubber, mine-flame retardant, customized to match local mining project requirements
- Each production lot undergoes full mechanical flex test + electrical performance check prior to delivery

FAQs
Q1: How is your dragline power cable's behavior ?
A: Frequent cable breakage caused by continuous dragging and twisting in open-pit mines. Our cable passes over 3 million drag-twist cycle tests, greatly lowering field replacement frequency.
Q2: Can your cable handle outdoor open-pit mine environment?
A: Yes. Heavy-duty rubber sheath offers tear, abrasion, oil and UV resistance, works steadily from -20℃ to +85℃.
Q3: What options can we get for projects?
A: Standard rubber or mine-flame-retardant sheath versions. Rated 0.6/1kV for heavy-load dragline excavators and mobile mining equipment.
