Fire rated instrumentation cable is signal cable made to keep working for a defined period when exposed to fire.
Used for safety-related instrument circuits including 4-20mA control signals. Special fire-resistant insulation helps hold signal integrity during fire emergencies. Common on process plants, vessels and offshore platforms.
Available in multicore or multipair versions with shielding options. Different fire performance grades match various project requirements.
